Sufi Travel & Tours LLC acts solely as an independent travel agent/intermediary between you (the customer) and third-party travel service providers (including airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, and cruise lines).

• We do not own or operate any airlines, hotels, or transport services.
• All travel bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, rules, and restrictions of the respective Third-Party Supplier in addition to our terms.

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during the booking process (e.g., full passenger names as they appear on passports, dates, contact details) are accurate. Sufi Travel & Tours LLC is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive an official booking reference/confirmation email from Sufi Travel & Tours LLC along with full cleared payment or agreed deposit.

• Price Changes: All prices and fares displayed on our website or quoted by our agents are subject to change without notice until full payment is made and tickets/vouchers are issued.
• Deposits: Any non-refundable deposits paid toward a booking are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of reservation.
• Unpaid Bookings & Voids: If full payment is not made by the agreed deadline, Sufi Travel & Tours LLC reserves the right to void or cancel reservations. In cases where tickets are voided or cancelled due to non-payment or customer failure to respond, any non-refundable deposits previously paid shall be forfeited and are non-refundable.

• Supplier Penalties: Re-bookings, itinerary modifications, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the specific fare rules of the airline or service provider. Many tickets and bookings are non-refundable or incur substantial cancellation/change fees.
• Agency Service Fee: Sufi Travel & Tours LLC reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for handling cancellations, date changes, or refund processing, in addition to any penalties levied by the third-party supplier.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a flight, hotel reservation, or tour without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking cost with no right to a refund.

• Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure they hold valid travel documents, including: 
  • Passports (typically valid for at least 6 months from the date of return).
  • Travel visas, transit visas, and entry permits required by destination or transit countries.
  • Required health certificates or vaccinations.
• Sufi Travel & Tours LLC is not responsible if you are denied boarding, entry, or transit due to improper or missing travel documentation.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, travel interruption/cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation. Sufi Travel & Tours LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

• Sufi Travel & Tours LLC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, expense, or inconvenience caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, severe weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations by airlines, government actions, or any other force majeure event beyond our direct control.
• In no event shall Sufi Travel & Tours LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Sufi Travel & Tours LLC is registered. Any disputes arising out of these terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that region.
